Cancellation policy: Cancellations can be made up to 72 hours before arrival. In the event of late cancellation or no-show, the hotel will charge the total amount of the reservation to the credit card used as a guarantee. Any no-show will result in automatic cancellation of the reserved stay. Any interruption of the stay will be billed in full. Any consumption (mini bar, etc...) not reported on departure will be charged to your credit card.
Reservations: Valid credit card and expiry date. The date must be indicated at the time of booking. We reserve the right to cancel reservations without notice if the credit card used to guarantee the room cannot be authorized for an amount equal to the first night. A valid government issue number must also be presented at check-in.

Cancellations: May cancel up to 72 hours prior to check-in time.
If cancelled up to 3 days before arrival, ne fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of reservation will be charged. Any cancellation of reservation must be in writing (mail, fax or email), and the Villa Morelia will in return reply by mail, email or fax. All drinks (mini bar) which have not been settled at the check-out, will be debited on the indicated credit card given as a guarantee.
Bookings: Valid Credit Card & Exp. Date must be given upon booking. We reserve the right to cancel reservations without notice if the credit card used to guarantee the room is unable to be authorized for an amount equal to the first night's stay. Valid government issue ID must be presented at check-in also.
Additional Policies: Minimum Check-In Age is 21.
